If this application leads to acceptance, as an Venture Aviation Pilot Associate, I understand that false or misleading information in my application or interview may result in my dismissal and any initiation or membership fees will be forfeited by me.

The non-refundable Initiation Fee is $1500.00 USD which is due upon submission of application.  This application will not be considered until the initiation fee is paid in full.

Annual Membership Fees are due upon invoice.  If membership fees are not provided within 30 days of invoice, your participation will be terminated immediately without refund of any flight hours.
